This system will give you that well-needed extra edge in your apartment building investing because this version includes the No-Cash-No-Credit Module.  This additional module is NOT available for separate purchase.  What this upgrade version will help you do is understand how to do short-term lease-option deals which are true no-cash-no-credit deals.  A short-term lease option usually goes for a period of 36 months (sometimes longer) and is a private deal with the seller.  After the 36-month period, you'll then get a loan for the property through a bank or lender and 10% of your total payments to the property owner will go toward your down payment.  The other 10% will be "socked away" through the cash flow received through the tenants from your 36-month lease-option period.  You need this module if you want to thoroughly understand the art of this type of very rare investing that only I will teach you how to do.  This module has all of the legal contracts and documents needed to make these deals work including lease-option contracts, land trust paperwork, proposal templates, etc.  Just alone it cost me almost $1,000 to have my attorney get the 2 land trust from Illinois and Virginia (which can be used in 45 of the 50 states).  You'll only have to pay an additional $200 to get this module when it's worth $397 if we sold it by itself (which we do not offer at this time).  You'll also be given an expanded resource directory to include ALL of our resources including investor partner organizations, firms that provide VODs (verification of deposit), and lenders that offer "wet" funds or transactional funding for 100% cash on flip deals (even those that take months to flip).  This is the version you should get if you want EVERYTHING you need to do a no-cash-no-credit deal from resources to documents/contracts to a bonus report worth $197 alone on the HOTTEST new money-making strategy with small apartment buildings that will blow your mind!
